Summer Camp 2026!

Thank you for choosing the River Road Hub summer day camp! Please register your child(ren) below. Multiple children in the same family will each need a separate application. If your child is not already a member of River Road Hub After School, you will be emailed child profile and consent forms. We look forward to seeing you this summer!

Part-Time attendance is available at $25/day. Please submit your request below.

Are any siblings attending the same camp weeks?

You will be contacted via email with final registration forms and rates/payment instructions. A down-payment of 40% is due at the time of registration, the remaining balance for all summer camps is due by June 1st. Additional siblings in the same family, receive a 10% discount. Day Care Assistance Funding eligible.

Parent/Guardian Permission Form

In case of emergency*

In case of emergency, I understand every effort will be made to contact me. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency situation, I hereby give permission to licensed emergency and health care personnel to provide treatment, services and transport necessary to maintain the health of my child. In the event medication, medical advice, treatment and/or equipment are required, I agree to accept financial responsibility for fees in excess of provincial and or private medical insurance. I agree that the information on this form may be disclosed to such emergency and health care personnel. In the event of illness, accident, emergency, or any other circumstance requiring medical treatment, such treatment may be procured for the participant without legal or financial obligation to Greenwich Recreation. All known health issues of my child have been reported to the camp. I will notify the camp if my child is exposed to any infectious diseases prior to arriving at camp.

Greenwich Recreation reserves the right to request any participant to withdraw from their camp if the participant is not acting in a safe, appropriate and responsible manner.
Greenwich Recreation reserves the right to cancel any week of camp and give a 100% refund.

Informed consent and assumption of risk

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way at the River Road Hub summer camp, I acknowledge, understand, and agree: *

• I understand that participating at camp may present a risk of exposure to viruses, including COVID-19. Greenwich Recreation is under obligation to adhere to any and all New Brunswick Public Health directives and guidelines. • Participation in activities could result in possible personal injury. Despite precautions taken by Greenwich Recreation, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this form, I assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used during River Road Hub camp. • To release from responsibility, Greenwich Recreation, full-time and part-time, paid or volunteer staff, and the facilities used from any cause of action, claims, or demands now, and in the future that might arise out of the participant’s participation in activities at River Road Hub camp. • I accept all risks relating to camp activities including personal injury and damage/loss to personal property. I understand these risks and will not hold Greenwich Recreation liable. • Furthermore, I agree that myself and my child will obey all rules and regulations set out by Greenwich Recreation board of directors, staff and volunteers and take full responsibility for my behaviour and the behaviour of my child. I am responsible for any property loss or damage that myself or my child may cause to the facilities used during River Road Hub camp.

I have read and understand ALL of the permissions, conditions and the informed consent and assumption of risk agreement, I fully understand its terms and the risks I am assuming by signing it, and I have signed freely and voluntarily. I am attesting my agreement and consent by checking this box.
